NOTE: If you have changed the settings, please set it back to Off when headphones are taken off after the update is complete. After that, when you turn on the headphones and reconnect it using Bluetooth, the suspended data transfer will restart. If it is set to Off when headphones are taken off, the headphones will automatically turn off about 5 minutes later and suspend data transfer of the update file.
When updating the headphones when you are not wearing it, set the Automatic power off function (power off the function when it is not worn) to Do not turn off.
In such cases, please use the Sony | Headphones Connect app to reassign the function to the touch sensor.
The function assigned to the touch sensor may change when you perform the software update.
DO NOT insert the main unit into the battery charger or Power off while downloading/transferring data/updating, otherwise the headphones may become unusable.
